Account registration is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell or share your ont4 account with any other person. Sharing account access is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
ont4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion without providing a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ont4 account. This includes keeping your password private, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and logging out of your account when using a shared device.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ont4 support immediately. ont4 will take steps to secure the account once notified, but cannot be held responsible for losses that occurred before notification was received.
ont4 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. If you receive such a request from anyone claiming to represent ont4, do not respond and report it to support.
Enabling biometric login or two-factor authentication where available in the ont4 app is recommended as an additional security measure, though this does not transfer security responsibility from the account holder to the platform.
All financial transactions on ont4 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet options as listed in your account's payment section.
Deposits are generally credited to your ont4 balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ont4 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes shown in the payments section of the platform. ont4 may request identity or payment verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.
All bets placed on ont4 are subject to the platform's betting rules applicable to the specific market and sport. These rules are accessible within the sports betting section and are updated as required. It is your responsibility to review the applicable rules before placing any bet.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In-play odds update continuously and the odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment your bet slip is submitted and accepted.
ont4 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:
Where a cricket match is abandoned due to rain or other external factors before a result is achieved, bets will be settled in accordance with the minimum overs rules stated in the platform's cricket betting guidelines.
Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with ont4 support within 48 hours of the settlement being posted to your account. Disputes raised after this window will not be considered.
ont4 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games or sports, time limits and minimum odds. These specific terms will be clearly stated at the point the promotion is offered.
Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are generally subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotional terms for each offer.
ont4 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a player has had a reasonable opportunity to use it, credited bonus funds will be removed. Real-money balances are unaffected by promotion cancellations.
Attempting to exploit promotional terms through methods such as opening multiple accounts, using automated systems or coordinating activity with other players to satisfy wagering requirements artificially is a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ont4 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action where applicable:
All content on the ont4 platform — including the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, design elements and structural layout — is the intellectual property of ont4 or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any part of the ont4 platform, its games or its content without prior written permission. This includes but is not limited to screenshots used in commercial contexts, copying game mechanics or replicating the platform's design.
ont4 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be unavailable temporarily due to maintenance, technical issues or factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ont4's liability to you in connection with use of the platform is limited to the PKR balance held in your account at the time of any claim. ont4 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits or opportunity costs arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits ont4's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
ont4's collection and use of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with ont4, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
ont4 collects personal data necessary for account registration, payment processing, identity verification and platform operation. Data is not sold to third parties. Verification data may be shared with payment providers and verification services as necessary to complete transactions and confirm eligibility.

ont4 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reason to believe these Terms have been breached. Where an account is closed for a breach, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
You may close your account at any time by contacting ont4 support. Where you have an outstanding balance at the time of closure, it will be returned to you via your registered payment method provided there are no unresolved disputes or pending verification requirements.
If your account is closed at your request and no self-exclusion is in place, you may re-register after a minimum cooling-off period. If closure was self-exclusion-related, re-registration will not be permitted until the exclusion period has fully elapsed.
ont4 may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — this may be through a notification within the platform, an update to the published terms, or direct communication to your registered contact details.
Continued use of ont4 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with an update, you should close your account before the revised Terms take effect.
